With original architecture by Stanford White and landscape architecture by Frederick Law Olmsted this historic home was left abandoned for many years. After Hurricane Sandy it was purchased and Gatehouse Partners was brought in to bring the estate back to life. This included: a new geothermal system, electrical, plumbing, extensive storm damage repair, mold remediation, and ground floor remodeling.
