Georgian

Distinctive Georgian home that began as a spec home project with a unique 40’x40’ square pool, grand mirrored staircases, 13 piece cornice crown molding, an oak mantle circa 1800’s imported from Europe, and beautiful marble flooring. Pine floors and millwork were made using trees on site that were cut, milled, and dry-kilned. Historically, the barn that remains on site was the original meeting house of the Quakers and the property was once part of Yale University’s farm.
